Another customer requested Whelen Core pattern cycle that I’ve programmed! 😊 More information and how you can reach out to me below πŸ”½ In this video I’ll be walking around a German Lufthansa Volkswagen Amarok/ Amber Coast Signal/ me😁 pickup that’s used on private LH grounds at Hamburg Airport.

    THE LIGHT SETUP
This VW is outfitted with a Whelen Liberty II TRIO and four ION TRIO as well as an Arges search light and a Core light & siren control system. I’ve programmed most of the setup which also features the 10-pattern-cycle that can be seen in the video.
You can contact me via RTobiYT@gmail.com if you need someone to remotely program your Whelen setup. It doesn’t matter if it’s just a WeCan lightbar, HHS4200, Core or anything else that uses the Whelen Command software.

    WHAT’S THAT VEHICLE FOR?
It’s used as a first response vehicle for medical calls, field supervision, directing all kinds of traffic and large vehicle escorts as well as escorting police, ambulances and fire trucks to emergencies at the large Lufthansa base.

WAIT, RED LIGHTS IN GERMANY? LIGHT COLORS EXPLAINED
The vehicle has red, blue, white and amber lights. Blue would be the only legal color for emergency vehicles on public roads in Germany but the vehicle operates on private property which means they can use proper light setups 😁
There’s a blue only mode if the vehicle should ever need to respond on public roads and a red-blue mode for regular emergency responses on LH grounds. There’s a red only mode which would be used in airplane traffic and amber (ION’s and Liberty II rear only) as a general warning color.

OTHER WHELEN CORE FUNCTIONS ON THIS VEHICLE
    – Integrated Arges
    – Sirens & Howler
    – Independent white illumination modes for the front, sides and rear – remember there’s only red, blue and amber in the rear and yet we have white illumination for the rear since I’m a magician.
    – Low Power
    – Cruise
    – DVI scene and DVI response patterns
    – Traffic Advisors
