I think ALL!!!! vehicles regardless of wether they are two , three or four wheelers. They should be forced to have a registration plate ( license plate) & Insurance if these vehicles exceed 15 mph or 35kph ( i think they equivalent is in continental terms) & above all be NOT!!! allowed FULLY BANNED!!! on pedestrian areas only used on roads. The UK has similar issues with them & they are a complete MENACE & HAZARD & DANGER!!! to others. I do hope our STUPID & SELFISH!!!! so called government has them FULLY BANNED!!!! far too many people are getting hurt by these MENACES , YOBS!!! on these things.
At least it was electric this time. My older e-bike had a top speed of 28 mph and I rode on the trails here. I would always slow down when passing people though.
I commute by bike every day. People like you piss me off. Just can’t ride your scooter where it belongs, gotta take the few nice things that cyclists have
