What were the actual tools used..? some spacer one and the grip to twist the piston?
Question.. You said you don't want to introduce water to the brake calipers because no dust shield and I understand why… but if someone buys them for their road bike they more than likely will Exsperiance rain. Etc… then what..??

Didn’t know can use silicone spay . Thought it would melt.
Good point about brake , when I had my Daytona suspension setup at track he said even if you don’t clean your bike at least clean the bottom forks he must of meant mostly due to brake dust .

Get some dry brake lines fitted and it makes cleaning them even easier as I was able to take mine back to the apartment at the end of the day at Andalucia 👌
Great video, very informative. I’m always very wary of using silicone. So hot soapy water will do the job for me!
Great video mate , i love this sort of stuff as so important. I used to use GT 85 myself but was told not so good on seals so silicone seems a much better choice. The warm soapy water was my other way but also great to hear him say it needs to be blown out properly with air line .
I hope you do more of this stuff not only after a track day but annual stuff and quarterly service stuff too . Things like shock linkage, headstock bearings, swingarm. Thanks again great stuff.
