How to Pronounce German Watch Brands #luxurywatch …… I think? I think this is how you pronounce A Lange and Sohne, Glashuette Original and Sinn. If you guys like this we can add in Nomos, Moritz Grossmann and Junghans. I really tried my best here – I know everything isn’t perfect! But us english speakers are TRYYYYYING. BE NICE GERMAN WATCHERS!!!

jenni is smirking in a corner right now
The ü is pronounced like the French u ( Ultra) as opposed of the u that is pronounced like the English oo (spOOn 🥄)
You mispronounced "umlaut" it's phonetically not "ooomlot" but "ooomlowt". Just google it on your phone then google will show you a speaker thing and say it properly for you
Yeah, it looks like you're wearing the Casio today. 👍
There's nothing terrifying about German brand names, at all, dear Britt. Oc being a natural born German helps, once in a while. 😉
Prönunciatiön ☺️👍
💙❤️
And now all of us, let's say: "Mühle-Glashütte GmbH Nautische Instrumente und Feinmechanik".
Not too bad.
I love my Junghans Chronoscope C – the easiest to pronounce!
They also go up in price according to pronunciation difficulty! 😂🤔
How do you say, “out of my price range” in German?
German language brands are 700x easier than french to pronounce. And when the french take the word "Jaeger" and frenchify it so it makes no sense anymore in Jaeger LeCoultre
The funniest part was where she mispronounced umlaut 😂
Sinn was actually pretty good! 😂😂😂
The “mutated vowel” got me as a German😂
Ö is easy = imagine you are saying a burping sound
As far as I’m concerned, we’ll done!
Du hast es gut gemacht 😎
Let’s say all of these were „good enough“ to be understood. Sinn was actually quite decent
Jenny, you do it at your Best, why i should critisize that… i like the english Sound in german words 😊 so dont worry, i dont roast you ❤
“Söhne” just means “sons”, so I think you’re fine to just ignore it altogether. “Lange” is just fine.
Your German is getting much better. The ö and ü is a real challenge still. 👍🏻👍🏻😊
That was almost perfect and dont worry, just remember people pronounce Jaeger-LeCoultre in 495827291 ways
I wrote my Dad's PA, he was a Pilot and was flying in Germany for a while and I would write Soehne as Zer – ne. The ne is like the Muppets song.
Never had a teacher that's as terrified as the students.
I love it ❤😂 greetings from Germany 🎉
Another reason to stick to Swiss 😂
I figure since we have two Glashutte Original in the family, we can just flex and say G O
Some YouTubers have trouble with Rolex 😂
Rol lex 😂😂😂
Gar nicht so übel, man weiß ja was gemeint ist 🙂 Dennoch immer sehr amüsant für uns 😂
Even if the A. is part of the brand name it is not necessary to say it. Lange & Söhne is clear enough and you pronounced it very well
…. And yes, original is pronounced as you think, the german g
Sinn was great, but practice the other ones… first one was way off
Stick with Nomos and Laco. LOL
🎉 sounds pretty sweet to me 🎉😅
This was fun! I love English native speakers trying some German. For us, native Dutch speakers, not a problem😂
Got the last one right.
going to shuffle over to the other children at the rolex display and pretend i can't get one because they only make a million a year
Next Level: oachkotzlschwoaf (tail of a squirrel). Greetings from vienna!
whoopsie, the „American sound“ is still going strong, not gonna lie 😝
maybe try speaking a bit slower – you rush through these names like crazy! ☺️
You did well. Don't let anyone fool you into thinking your pronounciation was bad. It's not your fault your language lacks letters. 🤣🤣
If I can't pronounce it, then I don't buy it. Easy.
It was not that bad .. :-)))
You did a great Job! I can feel thatvit is not easy to say. Best regards from Frankfurt Deutschland
