    1. the distinction between "hybrid" and "ev" is meaningless – the thing which catches fire is the lithium ion batteries, which are present in full electric and hybrid vehicles. the F150s you showed are hybrids (hence why the fire was in the same location as the hybrid battery). the range rover you showed was a hybrid (hence why the fire was in the same location as the hybrid battery). you're either being disingenous by saying "they aren't EV fires" or you're a fool who did zero research. a gasoline or diesel fire can NEVER get hot enough to melt concrete.

    2. I am going to disabuse you 🙂 Claims that it was an EV were rife here in the UK. One claimed it was an EV charging! There are no EV chargers in that car park!!!!!

    3. Amazing how common ICEV fires are, now that EVs are burning themselves and everything else to the ground.

This is the worst kind of doublespeak copium. EVs light up amd CANNOT be put out. A person with a 5lb extinguisher can put out a petrofuel fire.

Stop insulting peoples' intelligence. EVs are a needless hazard. ICEVs are not. Deal with it.

    4. sorry folks but the Pick-Ups/Utes shown burning on the Semi Truck are NOT Ford F150's, not Lightnings, not Maverick Hybrids, not Rangers, nor even any "Euro-spec" Ford i've ever seen…? while Ford Trucks are now sold in China, the giant Chinese lettering on the side of the trailer would once again seem to point to Sam being a LIAR (which we know he is). i'm sending this video to CEO Jim Farley and Ford's Legal Department in Dearborn Michigan to see if they will corroborate or deny that these are their vehicles burning.

    5. The people claiming that diesel and gas powered cars butn more than electric cars are crazy. The whole problem with electrici cars is that if they do catch on fire they burn so much hotter than ice cars. Thats not a question its a fact.

    6. I have a friend that bought a new diesel Land Rover from the Dealership and 2 years later caught fire while driving on the motorway. He didn’t receive any compensation from Rover. That was around 2014. They build a car and after two years anything can happen, it’s not their responsibility. But if you for example modify the car and something happens then you are held accountable.

    7. The Luton fire was started by a hybrid Range Rover. THE TRUTH.
Armed with the knowledge that the hybrid battery's location is pretty much straight under the front passenger.
Add to that, the lithium-ion battery's thermal runaway flames are easily identifiable.
I conclude that you, The Electric Viking, are in denial & a blatant liar if you couldn't/can't see that.

    8. Yes all evidence points to hybrid. It was not the diesel portion of the car that caught on fire it was the ev portion, remember a hybrid is an ev with an ice engine surprisingly it has both, also that pickup that caught on fire was also a hybrid as well, it was the battery pack that the manufacturer places in that exact location as per the video.

    9. From what i understand is some rich pompous A-Hole drove his smoking EV into the garage and told the attendant it was on fire but he had an important meeting to get to and that he was very well off and could write the car off only to see in the news after that he may need a lawyer as his car was the one on fire that was left in the parking garage smoking but had to leave it because his flight to get to his very important meeting was more important than the Range Rover I have heard is what the parking garage attendant has told people the man explained before he left it there. Even looks like they are covering it up as the media have changed the license plate number with some video editing because people have already seen that the numbers have been changed from the first news story to what they are showing on the news now. I can't verify this info but you can very easily if you look hard enough. Funny that you had to say in this multiple times that the Range Rover of this rich fella was not an EV then you go right into saying that F-150 Lightning's are not burning and that is a lie also as they are burning at dealers taking other Lightnings out with the original one that started the fire.

    10. Somebody must have been paid some hush money to say it wasn't an EV. You can drop a burning match in diesel and extinguish it. Diesel just doesn't explode into a fireball by itself.

    11. And where would the battery be loacted in that pickup truck you showed if it was an Ev, ahh yes under the pickup bed, do you still believe it was a diesel fire? Fact is Im not alone and the public dont trust change enough to buy into climate change as we are squeezed and tortured by being taxed more and more as the climatologists shout louder and louder, the fact is there is no room for descenting voices anymore, either you believe or your classed as a deniyer which is wrong, freedom of choice is what we need, EVs dont meet everyones needs and should not be pushed onto people who dont want them.
Let me give you a scenrio, I myself am 58 years old and ive just purchased a 3 year old 1500 Adblue diesel a 2019 model with only 3 thousand miles on the clock, last year I did only 3 thousand and forty miles, I expect it to last me out with 5 thousand mile oil and filter changes, there is little point at my time of life purchasing an EV, let alone I need to tow things my caravan, my lightweight classic car trailer, my box trailers, my boat and range is important for that very reason.
If I was still in my 20s then it may be a viable solution for me but on the other hand having restored and run classic cars in the past I think id be more enclined to do that instead of creating more carbon and waste bringing a new battery EV into the world. once upon a time dashboards were made of metal and not plastics derrived from oil I wonder which is more enviromentally friendly an old restored classic thats pretty much carbon neutral after 40 years of being on the road or a new EV full of freshly moulded plastics and fake leather seats and ev still goes on to pollute the enviroment after its life on the road as it will be discarded because the battery replacement costs will be prohibitive against the cost of buying a new vechicle. quite simply put it is unreasonable to claim that new Evs are enviromentally friendly and yes my old classic might not be perfectly innocent in that regard but im not wasting 40 or 50k to find out and there are some EVs I actually seem to like but not enough to trust the technology as yet. Much of that technology is in my 2019 1.5 diesel like lane guidance, addaptive cruise control, 6 cameras parking sensors, automatic emergency braking and yes it works very well and I dont get range anxiety at all.

    12. Only a battery fire can melt concrete. Gas cars only would never cause such a disaster. A battery fire is above the concrete melting temperature. Gas only fires burn at significantly lower temperatures. One important omission: gas only car catch fire while driving, not while they are parked. But a lithium battery may catch fire while the car is parked. This parking fire started from a diesel hybrid battery.

Concrete melts between 1150°C and 1200°C.
      lithium fire generates ~ 2,000 °C
      gas car fire generates ~ 900 °C
With all this info who is the main suspect? Lithium batteries.

    13. You wrony With YOUR opinion. Check Please the temperaturę of burning gasoline and compare With temperaturę of burnig EV. Ask firefighters
China elminate a lot of EV sending to junk yard.

    14. 2001 World Trade Centre Twin Tower demolition
Over 2,000 people died and many thousands 1st eye witnesses died 7 yrs later of lung cancer (breathing in those – radiation packed dust, also short circuit batteries, caused cars spontaneous combustion 2 to 3 streets away)
Thermite – US military made compound use to cut 3 inch steel in minutes
      Building 7 demolition
      3 buildings demolished

    15. This fire was caused by a 2014 diesel HYBRID car, whose battery caught fire. But don't expect EV zealots like Electric Viking to tell the full story. Concrete melts at around 1500 degrees. Diesel Fires peak at about half that, so they can NEVER melt concrete or the structural steel holding up the concrete. This fire was caused by a Lithium battery fire generating heat around 2500 degrees and made worse as the fire spread to other cars with lithium battery packs i.e. BEVs and Hybrids. Insurers have figured it out and are rapidly increasing insurance premiums for EVs and (likely) hybrids. Our local golf club won't even let electric buggies be charged there any more.

    16. This guy is an idiot,The luton fire was a diesel hybrid don't listen to the fire report as fire chief andrew tompkinson was leaned on by the higher ups,we don't need false reports we can see the range rover having a thermal runaway with our eyes ffs!🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

    17. It seems that both the Range Rover and this Pickup track were Hybrids. Both companies have hybrids of that sort and era. The fires are exactly where the batteries of the respecive Hybrid models are. Why the officials are not mentioning this little detail – is a question. ICE cars don't tend to catch fire when off (li-ion batteries do) and they don't develop temeratures to melt steel and concrede (li-ion batteries do).
Electric Viking – you should do a better job. At least asking some questions.

    18. Totally missliading statistics. EV's are less than 1% of the cars in use worldwide – so it is normal that they are around 100 times less fires in the statistics. Hybrds are much more – so their number is higher…But – Evs are much newer cars than the everage ICE on the road worldwide. And also – wehn they catch fire – you need a fire brigade.
