So on the frame it says ‘The Hammer’, doing some Googling I’ve found out about Birota Hammer. It shows some results, but only of rebuild ones and on kind of sketchy websites.
I’m posting here in the hopes that someone knows a bit more about the brand. Thanks!

Not sure what The Hammer is, but it looks alot like an IRO Mark V. Google it. The fork, seat tube length above the top tube, and the dropouts are spot on.

I have a blue one of these. Bristol, UK.
Mine was rebranded (presumably from Birota) to Swerve (a long gone local brand). Great bit of kit!
