I did some research back when Biden was initially being accused of leaving $60B worth of equipment in Afghanistan. I found out that the US rendered useless most of the mechinisms/electronics in the fighter planes much like the Mission Impossible style of self destruction. The F-16s that were left behind were relics compared to the modern F-35 fighter jets American military uses now. It was highly unlikely Afghanistan had experienced personnel and resources, much less parts, to repair the damaged planes. Without round the clock upkeep needed to maintain the function and safety of flight, those fighter planes would soon turn to useless pieces of metal in Afghanistan's harsh climate

I help a few Ukrainian women and their children refugees here in Germany. They are such brave women knowing they could get a msg.anytime that their husbands have been killed in Ukraine. Most of them are highly educated and try not to show their anguish about what’s going on in their country. I feel sad about you predicting that things don’t look good for Ukraine. 😢😢
