Two ordinary Malaysian shared the unique food-culture of Malaysia to the heart of Icelander in Summer 2016.
We did touring with our own Tern folding bike around Iceland via Iceland Ring Road. A total journey of 33 days. Along the journey, we interacted with the locals and among activities that we have planned at each stops would be cooking Malaysian food with local ingredients. We also shared Malaysian folk stories with the kids and most of all, culture exchange with the Icelander.
We are on our way producing a full 40 mins documentary about this journey. Watch this official trailer and stay tune for more updates!

I would love to do this on a folding bike too. Is it quite flat? 😬
Great adventure, Bang! Greetings from Indonesia
Very nice video. Any issues with traveling Iceland on the Tern. I plan on doing a trip there with a tern after I upgrade from a node d8 to a Verge d9.
Would you share your camera please…
I have toured most of the UK and Spain aboard a cross bike which I built up for touring This year during lockdown I bought a Tern Verge S8I on eBay I got it for a lot less than I would pay for a used Brompton this has a carbon drive 8 speed Shimano hub and hydraulic brakes. It's sold as a commuter and that's why I bought it but I reckon it would make a good tourer. So that's what I will do with it next year.
