I travel Australia in my tent and van and use elders radar on Google to see what weather is coming – doesn't take long to work out radar and satellite for clouds and use synoptic charts which tells u a day ahead pretty accurately!
Try lifting back tyre when u have a flat and spin fast hope it seals next time!
Try zip ties on tent to lock inside and then zip tie bike to that!
Try edible weeds on Google for fresh salad in each country and then u won't need shops so much!

Why not carry a tarp on bungee then u can pack up while it rains, and ur bags don’t get wet, just attach it to some trees
