NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC voted this one of the best ‘drives’ on Earth! I would say it’s 10 times better on a bike! It’s a journey I’ve been wanting to tell for some time. The long ride up the coast towards the Arctic is beautiful in every way. But it’s also challenging with long days in the saddle as you wait for ferries to shuttle you over the fjords and between the islands. Part 1 covers the first three days and Part 2 (link below) covers the last three. Not one day stands out for me they were all magical in their own unique way.

Nooooooooooooooo. Want to see the rest. Can't wait Matthew ! When is it going to be released ??? Amazing video, beautiful landscapes again. So much inspiring man ! I won't be original saying that I love your videos ! So chill !
Such a well put together and funny video! Love how you capture those little peaceful moments that make bike touring so great.
I went through Norway late august, Tromsø -> Lofoten -> Bodø -> Trondheim -> Oslo in 9 riding days due to time limitations. Extremely cold and rainy weather except for the last 3 days, but once I was on the bike under all my rain clothing, it didn't matter too much. Took the inland route from Bodø. Crossing the arctic circle on the Saltfjellet plateau was breathtaking. Snow on both sides. The air just crispy clean. This video makes me wanna go back already, and ride the quiet coastal routes you took.
Glad i found your Channel somehow today 👌
Nice, keep up man
Hey!!! I'm glued to the screen watching your videos. I will be in Norway doing the Arctic Gaciar from Tromsø to Bodø from June 24th to July 4th by bike, I'm sure it will be fantastic … many congratulations !!!!
Love your videos Matthew but could you please pan the voice over to the center and not mostly to the left 😀 just a pet peeve thing from a sound designer ;D
Beautiful… I have a good laugh every time you talk about the heat when it is below 90f …that is a cool summer day for me 🙂
Amazing video Matthey…can't wait to sit on bike again one day and enjoy it, just like you did

Thank you for showing my part of the world in such an amazing way !! I am truly impressed of the trips you have done here in Norway !!
You should have stopped on GLomfjord and walked the Fykan stairs before they got closed down for good 😭
I went up them on a rainy late summers, early autumn day all alone in August/September 2018 and I had them all to myself 🤩
i'm new to your channel. and am really enjoying. thank you for taking us on your amazing journeys .
Somewhere between South and North that gets no attention, sounds a lot like England
Never leave a cyclist behind 😁
Hey Matthew, did you ever try to roll your bike through tight hallways and down stairs on its rear wheel? I promise your life wi be so much easier if you do 🙂
