I hope you enjoy our scenic bicycle touring documentary film and it makes you want to do one too! We practised in England with a couple of longer day tours, approx. 50 miles or so in a weekend then just went for it. Thankfully our jobs allowed us a 4 month sabbatical, the perfect amount of time to cycle to the edge of Asia, Istanbul! 1. Hello, I'm planning to do a solo trips splitted in two – from Lisbon to Istanbul starting from 1st May 2021 and later from Istanbul to Bishkek. And I have a question on preparing to the trip (of course If you don't mind answering – it would be awesome and really helpful). How did you managed to fight saddle soars, these Brooks saddles you had – helped?

    2. Hey! I did UK to Athens solo last year along the Rhine and then down the Adriatic coast. It was totally cool. I even have the same tent as you two! 🙂 MSR rocks! Congratulations to you both! Looking at doing the Baltic Eurovelo route in 2021 if I can! Keep on pedalling 🙂

    3. It's amazing bicycle film, your compilation , editing and sound adaptation are perfect ,the drone shots were fantastic congratulation to both of you , thanks for sharing best wishes new subscriber from Philippines more videos to come.

    4. Looks amazing! How do you follow the Eurovelo routes? And are the eurovelo routes all paved? I'm thinking about riding a eurovelo route 🙂

    5. Great video. And fantastic footage for just the two of you! Must’ve been a whole lot of running back and forth. How many miles were you doing a day? And which was your favourite country to cycle through? Planning on doing something similar with my partner if the restrictions ease off ❤️

    6. Hi Mat, just re-watched your video again, always brings me a smile. I am onleave and had planned to cycle to London this week end, planned to stay in Travelodge, but was advised they are only open for essential workers only 🙁 dang. I was also checking to see if your "movie" version was out. Hmm I guess local trips for now (Brighton to Eastbourne).

    7. Your video is so stunning, no words needed… By far the best video i ever seen on YT, love it. Cheers from Zurich (and Cologne ;-))…"Toni"

    8. A great journey. How did you get back home? On bicycles or otherwise?
PS. I do not envy you for the political correctness that prevails in Britain, but I certainly do envy you that you managed to leave the neo-Marxist EU. Regards, Pole from Sydney.

    9. Absolutey incredible. Very tasteful editing on the video, by the way – it's really all about the images…. What a dream. Thanks for putting a smile on a fellow traveler's face.

(And also, congrats on those 5000+ Kms 😀 )

    10. My best compliments. I wonder, what’s about passport control up to Turkey, how do you handle that? I mean, are you crossing any border chrckpoint? Thank you.
