Tonight’s Crit race and arguably the hardest Crit in the UK, is the Team Brothers LDN summer crit series, at Redbridge Cycle Centre AKA Hog Hill!
This is hands down my favourite Crit course in the UK and in my opinion, the hardest Crit course in the UK. It is flat out from start to finish, with relentless attacks. You have to be a well-rounded cyclist to succeed at Hog Hill, as you have to be fast downhill, good around the corners and powerful up the climb.
It was super fast racing tonight, which made it hard to get in a break but I tried to cover the relentless attacks up the climb and came away with a good result.

5 pedal strokes on flat bit after the climb would be 3 wheels. 10 pedal strokes would be 9 wheels.
When others free wheel keep pedaling.
