Copenhagen may have woken up to snow, but this unusual late winter event did not stop its inhabitants from taking their bikes to work. In the Nordic city, which prides itself on being the cycling capital of the world, half of all journeys are made by bike.

I'd like to just neutrally state that cycling in that amount of snow and ice is completely normal in Finland as well. It snows often but one still has to get to places, so nothing to it, really. I'm sure this is normal in all Nordic countries. I genuinely didn't get the point of this "news".
