This weeks episode sees us off on our travels again. We start off with a birthday trip to Copenhagen in search of Hans Christian Andersen, followed by a visit to Borgue Church in Dumfries and Galloway and (inevitably) a wee trip south to check out the charity shops of Poole.
There’s also the small matter of getting lost, and we do mean lost, in the Lomond Hills.
A huge thank you to everyone who’s supported our wee channel so far, if you’d like to help support our wee adventures you can do it through through our Ko-Fi or Patreon.
All our videos are hand made from 100% organic ingredients ;). Our content is mostly filmed on a GoPro 11 with a Rode fluffy microphone to keep the wind noise down, with occasional bits on an iPhone13. We also use a DJI Mini 3 drone which we’re loving getting to grips with.
We make our own music using GarageBand and the videos are edited in iMovie.
If you’d like to buy DeNiro a biscuit (and he’s a good boy, honest) you can via our Ko-Fi link at http://www.ko-fi.com/ScotlandOnAShoestring.
If you’d like to become a patron of our wee channel we also have a patreon at http://www.patreon.com/ScotlandOnAShoestring
We also have an Etsy shop where we sell some of our hand made items. It’s at https://dandbbythesea.etsy.com

Thanks for sharing!
yes it was quit a variety of places
Happy Birthday Iian! It looks like you and Bex had a wonderful trip except for the getting lost part. As alway I love seeing all the old cemeteries and charity shops. I hope you and yours have a wonderful and blessed week.
Enjoyed the vlog. Beautiful art work.
Your birthday destination certainly beats mine this year! Copenhagen looks like a great place to visit and I hope you had a wonderful time. Really enjoyed the video including the crafty segment and of course the DeNiro zoomies.
Beautiful place and the graveyard was so rich in history and well maintained.
The cost of brew is related to tax and processing costs. Most aren't made there, water and hop's…
Happy Birthday. Great vlog. I really enjoyed it. So glad you found your way down from the hills.
Love the new format
Wonderful episode! I loved it. One does not get lost, it is just longer adventures. Long way back. Definitely need small backpacks with supplies for such adventures. Thank you all for making and sharing this 💜! Be well, stay safe all.😮😊
Nice job flying the drone under the bunnet stone without crashing! Apparently stones are not as confrontational with drones as trees are! 😂
Ah, yes! And happy belated birthday to you. 🎉🎂🥳🎁🎈
De Niro definitely looked elegant sprawled on his bed.
He’d be a good subject for a sculpture.
You asked about the format of your video and I have to say simple is better ( even though I did enjoy this one).
Loved the video! You can thread a needle with that drone!!! Awesome drone footage! You did not disappoint, another great video!!! 👍🏼
Thank you for another great video
Happy birthday!!!🎉🎁
Great to see Copenhagen thank you. Visited a few years ago from a Baltic cruise and hope to return. Loved the pottery pieces – not Poole Pottery though! Best wishes
Squeeze away – that was lovely! 👌
Happy Happy Happy Birthday Iain!
Coming down the hill in Loch Lomond reminded us of when we came down the Quaraing on Skye. Very boggy and muddy and hard work. The hot dog kiosk at the car park was v v welcome!
I wish we had such a variety of charity shops in Canada. I love them.
Yes, had to laugh -2 that's just sweater temperature in Canada.! Sorry just catching up on your videos . I have been busy for a while. I most definitely missed the content but especially your humor. Whatever is best for you 3 as to how you do your videos is fine with me. Happy Birthday!
O'ye me think youse need a wee hand held GPS mate. No longer get lost, follow the little wee dot's. It has got me out of deep doo doo more than once out in the moor!
Another lovely graveyard. Glad you found your way down from on high, stunning scenery though! Do love seeing DeNiro zooming about bless him!
How many people ducked when the drone flew through that wee space lol😆😆😆
Belated happy birthday. Did you say the fireworks were done by the people attending and not professionals? Yikes! That was a heck of a day running/hiking and being lost and exploring sheep tracks. Seeing the cave was interesting but what a sad tale behind it. And well done on your drone flying through the gap in the stone.
