  1. Andy is indeed a legend and a saint as are you Jonny. Ian had a much better quality of life because of his friends in Thailand. I’m sure that those years were his most enjoyable. Between Andy, Simon and yourself, Ian was blessed.

  2. great video Jonny, amazing Ian come to say goodbye on his journey to wherever! hard to believe its 1 year already, also great to see His partner El is doing well and also fantastic you have Som's cooking channel to thank Ian for. Andy is a top bloke!

  3. I’ve been following the channel since 2016. I was going through a lot of health related problems. I physically lost the ability to walk for almost 6 years and my body was shutting down. I’ve wanted to travel to Thailand so badly, but i honestly thought I would die before I got healthy. Your videos were an escape for me and a sliver of hope that one day I could see this place I’ve only seen through your camera. I am happy to tell you that in 2022 I finally had a successful surgery that has lead to almost full recovery but took almost all 2023 to get back to a healthy mental state and body weight. I decided to go back to school. And finish engineering. And I finish in may 2024. I have already bought a plane ticket for Bangkok the day after I graduate. If you are free at all while I’m there I would love to buy you a beer for all the help you provided me. Even if you didn’t know. The anniversary for Ian made me realize we need to celebrate our time here and help others and stand up for one another

  4. Thank you Jonny for bringing these wonderful people into our lives through your channels. Can't believe it's been a year already since Ian passed, fly high Ian. Would be great to see lots of Jonny's followers jumping on and supporting @editedbymaths the camera man with a follow….cheers from Melbourne

  6. Absolutely loved watching this video with you two guys reminiscing about Ian. Of course I only ever knew him through you Jonny, and I thoroughly appreciated every video you filmed with him. Thanks Jonny and God bless you and Andy for the stories. Love to all, from Perth, Western Australia.
