– This is a 40 minute @OffWorkouts session developed by 59 year-old ex-GB Triathlete Andy Pollintine. Our home workout cardio hit session is designed for people over the age of 40 who are looking to improve their fitness, loose weight, burn fat get in shape. Riding alongside Andy is his friend Dom Cotton, 55, a former BBC sports presenter who now runs a cycling product start-up.
    – Like all @OffWorkouts sessions this one lets people go at their own pace by using the simple RPE (rating of perceived exertion) scale. How this works is explained in the film.
    – To help you stay on track, there’s a simple an on-screen effort-level meter, section timer and overall workout countdown clock.
    – This workout is a great complement or alternative to training at the gym, doing a spin class or going out cycling.

Inspiring that as we're all getting slightly older there's such varied content out there….having such variety and new exercise drills keeps things interesting and of course motivated. Well done, please keep the workouts coming – I'm now off for a cardio session….

    2. Great solid work out @Offworkouts – Great for anyone who needs a bit of company for distraction on a 40 mins Bike workout. Squeezing out even the last 20 seconds – impressive ! Will do a session later.
