Flooding chaos continues to grip Scotland as trains have been cancelled and landslides have forced road closures.

Heavy rainfall across the country has caused significant rail disruption, landslides and road closures today. The aftermath of the downpour can be seen in Argyll and Bute after a major landslide ripped through the A83 between Oban and Lochgilphead.

Pictures from local residents show the road has been torn up by debris and water continues to pour down from the cliff barrier.

Meanwhile, in the East and Central belt, a number of train services have been temporarily axed due to the flooding. Scotrail announced the cancellations on Monday morning.

Network Rail Scotland also said it was dealing with a month’s worth of rainfall on Saturday as they shared images of severely flooded platforms and lines.

    1. That’s what happens when you cut down millions of trees to be replaced by wind turbines. Over 16 million at the last count, not sucking up the rain that falls.. It’s got to go somewhere.

    2. Look up at the sky folks, stratospheric aerosol injection. We are being geoengineered to the max, this isn’t natural it’s weather warfare.
