    1. Having to poop on the run is GI tract distress. Oh, and for a full Ironman I train 15-19hrs a week during the main build. It’s honestly al about making your aerobic fitness rock solid, and that starts in the off season with strength training 3x a week, and a f***load of base miles in zone 2.

    6. I have staffordshire iron man in June but its in Staffordshire and the hills on the bike are savage and I have an old road bike this looks dreamy ahahah

    7. The sidemen are pretty harsh with you mate! Saw them bashing your content the other day and since then now watched a few of your vids. Have a lot of respect for you mate. Good work!

    8. if you plan on doing it again, or a full iron man. Make sure you get tri bars on the bike, you'll be so much more aero so you'll be able to put less watts down for the same speed
