These LYFT passengers showing up w/walkers & full packages & bags EXPECTING to get assistance getting into vehicle, etc. when they have a health issue in the first place is dangerous for them. They need non emergency medical transportation, not basic LYFT.
LYFT also holds out a package called "Lyft Healthcare" to the customer on their website, but there isn't such a category for drivers, so how are they selling healthcare-related transportation packages?

Bro I'm upset. When I dropped off a passenger at their house they threw up all over my car when they got out. Door handle is filled with throw up and now I can't give anymore rides for the night. Customer service is closed right now. So I had to send Uber a message with photos of my car. Let's see how they handle this cause if they don't pay me for the money. I lost out on tonight i'm going to be pissed lol Even though it's 3 o'clock in the morning. I could have made another 50 or $100 or more and now I have to go home. And call it a night.
Gm. I accepted a comfort airport at 2pm sat and I didn't really want it, but it was paying $17 for 11 miles to downtown memphis. No ubers were at the airport and I had to drive 7 miles to them. I pulled over and checked the rider app, for that trip they were charging $49. I CANCELLED THAT SHIT! I was like, Good luck. It's a $350 bonus this weekend because the 1st thru 5th in Memphis, the old ♿ or retired drivers don't drive in Memphis, they feel like they are rich for 5 days. It happens every month.
These current fares are a disgrace. I was out on Saturday 10/02/23 in Phoenix and was only able to pull $138 in 8 hours. I saw my first $ 2.59 fare! I have never seen one that meager. Even the surge pricing around Tempe in the evening was weak. Airport rides are a joke as well. How are we able to increase these fares?
