9:25 it’s actually illegal to pull a cart on a footway. It’s the same law from the 19th century that makes cycling on a footway illegal.

Cyclists should be registered if they want to use the public roads, they should have insurance and wear high vis clothing. Their bikes should be fitted with lights and brakes. The police should issue FPNs if they go through Red Lights, or go onto the public footpath. The amount of pedestrians who are killed or seriously injured every year is rising – write to your MPs !!!!
Cyclist do not have to ride on cycle paths it is not lawless, read the Highway Code. You might also learn that vehicles are not allowed to stop on zig zags, neither park across a road junction blocking a one way street if your claim you didn’t is valid.

Everything seems to be really minor in the video. BTW, many places around here are starting to allow bikes to yield at stops since it's safer and easier.
If cyclists are going to use the road then they should abide by the road rules. Not jump reds for one.

You're kind of milking that temporary lights situation. Riding on the pavement, technically illegal, is de facto legal in the UK as long as it's done safely with consideration for pedestrians. How many times do you think a cyclist needs to be tailgated at or through lights before they decide it isn't worth risking their safety to wait at them if they can proceed on their journey in a completely safe manner? Imagine a HGV ploughing through a queue like that because the driver's on the phone, doing paperwork, tired, ill, on drugs or drunk.
You give a good example of tailgating yourself at 5:48. To be fair the cyclists slows but you gain on them anyway.
