I challenge the idiots that suggest you turn the aircon off, to come on holiday to Western Sydney on a nice 42degree (celsius) summer's day and not use the aircon. That will sort them out.
I would switch to an electric car IF/When there are charging stations like this dotted all over the country but until then my diesel is still going well enough.

Question asked on MSE forum by owner of a diesel car, should I ask my visitors for payment if they charge their car while here? The usual divide in responses but I learned EVs have a 3 pin plug charger pack so it could happen. Best answer was along the lines of Absolutely Not – it's part of the totalitarian agenda to restrict freedom of movement and bring in a one world government so tell them you won't have anything to do with the attack on the human race 😂👏👍
Lee I was an ops manager for a security company covering from Shepards bush to Plymouth and all points in between I could never have covered a blow out on site and get there to relieve a guy who may have done 12 or 13 hours by the time I got there how long would it have taken me in a EV

Everyone over looks the fact that, well at least hin the USA. Our electrical grid can't handle the amount of chargers needed for a lot of EVs

We have a crazy government push to BEV (Battery EV) when we don't have much charging infrastructure. Once you get away from the capital cities, it is madness or vanity if one buys a BEV. 700km is a day trip, away from the cities.
The general manager for Toyota Australia recently announced that Toyota will not be importing any more BEY vehicles unti the charging infrastructure becomes adequate. Toyota tells us that full hybrid HEV's make sense while the Charge Hybrids, CHEV, are dubious choices. Telsa keeps plugging BEV into the Aussie market; they will possibly monopolise the charging infrastructure as well as keep supplying "big batteries" to support the "renewables" nuts that are turning off fossil fuels and opposing nuclear as unsafe and pushing us to power outages at night, when the wind don't blow.
Watch the "MGUY Australia" for some no-nonsense debunking of EV's.

This guy Lee is so stupid n stubborn as major gasoline manufacturers are closing shop, dealers going into bankruptcy so if u wants to buy one then do it soon as they are going out soon. In china 2500 dealers went out n Japanese manufacturer's sales have dropped 30 to 50 percent.

yes, EV is not a good solution for energy, environment of big cities. To solve the issue of big/mega city traffic, environment issue is to increase buses – very simple, but regarded as poor people transport by richer people, total discrimination. Can have luxury buses for richer ones if needed..
Can't you just take with you a power bank to use in situations where you run low on range? I see other videos where rescue services help stranded EV owners.
Lee just seeing the news about Nissan securing EV car making and guys workers saying it is great being supported in uk car building I am wondering if it is some of these getting at you as their livelihood is relying on future EV car building I am not just saying nissan workers but other Manufacturers in uk building EV Vehicles.
Never mind the cost, it’s the huge waste of time that will put most of us off going anywhere near those cars. Who has that amount of time to spend waiting around to charge your car every couple of hundred miles. And you don’t even know how much the charging costs!
