Took me until the fourth or fifth mention to realize that Trinity is Giant's TT bike. I've always associated it with the UK team that has the flashy kit.
UCI has limits for max height extensions based on rider's height. Riders can't really raise bar extensions that much (only 10cm in my case for example), thus we can't blame them for having a massive gap between hands and face.
