Looks like a typical cyclist to me, they dont give a crap for anyone except themselves. Why not just move over to the left like horse riders and moped riders on faster roads just to be polite? Because they have never ever understood what being polite means!
We have cyclists that go on our road leading into our housing area and if you try and pass them you have to go in the ditch because they take up the whole four lanes and then once you get ahead of them they throw things at you that is Pioneer Road in Mesquite Texas
Another cyclist passed both him and bus just before the lanes merged at the bus stop. I imagine that if the bus overtook him, then stopped at the bus stop, he would have been even more stupid about it!
