Great🤬 Now I and others get to pay for our largest cities roads used primarily by it's residence when few in London, Windsor, Kingston, Peterbough or the north will ever use it. Those highways where downloaded correctly 30 yrs ago on Toronto because they where the users. Should have had them build toll booths to pay for there roads.
