Colmar, France is located near the border of Germany, and it’s a charming old town with cobblestone streets and medieval buildings. It feels like you’re walking through the village from Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. I visited during the holiday season to see their Christmas markets. The streets are filled with lights and markets stalls with adorable souvenirs, gifts, food, dessert, and drinks. Highly recommend visiting, along with a trip to nearby Strasbourg, that’s known to be the Capital of Christmas.
