I started my day with a mission – to find the perfect bike for my brother-in-law, who’s visiting me in Vaasa along with my sister and wife. To make this happen, I headed to Tereminkatu, where I knew I’d find the best bike guy in town, Heikki. 🚴♂️
Join me as I take you along for the ride, literally! It’s a 15-minute pedal-powered journey from my place to Tereminkatu, and along the way, I’ll share some scenic views and my thoughts on this lovely city.
We managed to snag a fantastic bike for my brother-in-law from Heikki, and with the help of a generous friend, we got another one for my sister. But here’s where it gets interesting – I somehow found myself riding my own bike while expertly balancing my friend’s bike with my other hand! 🤯 You won’t believe it until you see it!
Our next stop was S-market, where my wife was patiently waiting with my sister. We did some grocery shopping, and I’ll show you the prices of some essential items and how to weigh and purchase fresh vegetables – handy tips for anyone new to Finland!
But wait, the adventure doesn’t stop there. After S-market, we headed to Minimani, conveniently located near my house, for some more grocery shopping. I’ll give you a glimpse of what’s available and the fantastic deals you can find.
